Face Painting Consent Statement

By participating in face painting activities with O_o Art Studio, parents or event organizers acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Face painting is not recommended for children under 3 years old.
2. The artist uses high-quality, cosmetic-grade paints that are safe for skin; however, O_o Art Studio cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions, skin irritation, or accidental injuries that may occur during or after painting.
3. If your child has sensitive skin, open wounds, cold sores, or known allergies, please let the artist know before painting begins.
4. All paint should be removed before bedtime using gentle soap and water - do not sleep with paint on the skin.
5. The artist reserves the right to refuse painting anyone showing signs of illness, skin infection, or unwillingness to participate.

Photo/Video Consent Statement

I give O_o Art Studio permission to use photos or videos of me and/or my child to share and highlight moments from events. These may appear on the studio’s website, social media, or other promotional materials. I understand that the images may be edited or used in different formats. I confirm that I’m allowed to give this permission and that no payment or compensation is expected. If I ever change my mind, I can email the studio to withdraw my consent at any time, and future use of our photos or videos will stop.
