These Terms & Policies explain the rules and expectations for using our website and purchasing our services.
Welcome to O_o Art Studio. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our site or services.
We provide face painting, pet portrait commissions and related creative services. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are provided on the Pricing Guide and individual service pages.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by O_o Art Studio. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings in line with our policies.
Face painting is available for children 2 years and older. We use only safe, skin-friendly and non-toxic paints.
All brushes, sponges and tools are cleaned and sanitized regularly between uses to help prevent skin irritation.
Face paint is gentle but not waterproof; it should be washed off before bedtime and is not recommended immediately before swimming.
We do not paint children who are unwilling, upset, uncomfortable, or unable to sit for the required time. The safety and comfort of each child is our top priority.
Approximate throughput per artist (people painted per hour) - estimates only and dependent on design complexity and event flow: about 7–10 people in one hour.
Face painting services do not require prepayment; bookings are secured without an upfront deposit unless otherwise specified at checkout.
Pet portrait commissions require a 30% deposit to confirm the commission; the remaining balance is due prior to shipment or pickup. See the Pricing Guide for current fees and deposit requirements.
Cancellation policy: cancellations made more than 14 days before the booking date are eligible for a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations within 14 days may incur a fee or loss of deposit depending on the service.
Change requests may be accommodated subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
For commissioned works (pet portraits), estimated production and shipping times are provided with each product. Shipping costs may apply as indicated on the Pricing Guide.
Artwork is shipped at the customer’s expense, and the client may choose the delivery service. For safety and lower cost, we recommend shipping in a protective tube. Framed works can also be shipped, but since they contain glass, our studio cannot take responsibility for possible damage during transit.
O_o Art Studio is not responsible for shipping carrier delays or lost items once an item is marked as shipped.
We collect personal information necessary to perform our services (for example: name, email, address, phone number). We use this information to process bookings, deliver products/services, and for customer communication.

All artwork, photographs, text and other content on this site are the intellectual property of O_o Art Studio unless otherwise noted.
Commissioned artwork rights are set out at the point of sale; please contact us to arrange licensing or reproduction rights.
The organizer or parents/guardians of the child must understand that face painting is not recommended for children under 2 years old.
The artist will not force or paint any child who refuses, feels uncomfortable, or is unable to sit still for the process.
The artist is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin irritation, or accidental injuries that may occur during or after face painting. Parents should notify the artist of any known allergies prior to the event. Paint should always be washed off before bedtime.
The artist occasionally takes photographs of painted faces or hands for portfolio and social media purposes. Parents or organizers may decline photography by notifying the artist during the event or within 24 hours of the event.
Any changes to event details (date, time, location, number of guests) must be communicated immediately. Event details should be confirmed at least three days prior to the event to ensure adequate preparation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, O_o Art Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in respect of the service that gave rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which O_o Art Studio operates. Any dispute arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
